PURPOSE:To dehydrate concn. sludge by inserting a vibrator into the concd. sludge contained in a net bag to vibrate the sludge in the title sludge dehydrating method wherein the concd. sludge is charged in the net bag, hung, and dehydrated. CONSTITUTION:The vibrator B is inserted into the concd. sludge 4 contained in the knitted net bag 2 of polyester, etc., a motor M is started to vibrate the vibrator B, the vibration is transmitted from the center part of the concn. sludge 4 to the outside, and the sludge is vibrated with the tied part at the inlet 2a of the net bag as a center to promote dehydration. As a result, the dehydration of concd. sludge is promoted by the synergistic effect of the vibration of the vibrator and the swinging action, and the dehydration rate is improved.
