<p>PURPOSE:To avoid overload or interference with body by detecting silhouette of body through a multi optical axes sensor and positioning a working device in relation to moving speed of a conveyor thereby adjusting the distance between a referential positioning member and the body constant. CONSTITUTION:Silhouette of a body 7 to be carried on a conveyor 1 is detected through a multi optical axes sensor 37 and inputted to an operational controller so as to calculate the distance between a referential position member 21 in a working device 22 and the body 7 while consisting in inputted moving speed of the conveyor 1, then a servo motor is operated based on the results thus maintaing a predetermined distance between the referential position member 21 and the body 7. Consequently, the distance between the referential position member 21 and the body 7 can be adjusted constant without requiring troublesome teaching work for any type of bodies 7, resulting in prevention of overload of the working device 22 or deformable interference with the body 7.</p> |
