PURPOSE:To rapidly remove washing water without leaving the same in a reaction tank, by sucking and removing washing water by a suction nozzle while injecting the same in the reaction tank having reaction bead allowed to fall therein by a distribution nozzle. CONSTITUTION:In such a state that suction nozzles V... are slightly thrust into reaction tanks 20 on the lower end sides thereof, valve V2, V3 are closed while valves V1, V4, V5 are opened and a washing water pump P1 and a compressor P2 are operated. Whereupon, the washing water in a washing water tank T1 is injected in each of the reaction tanks 20 and sucked from the leading end opening of each of the suction nozzles V to be recovered in a waste liquid tank T3, and the inner peripheral surface of each reaction tank 20 and the surface of a reaction bead 1 are subjected to washing work. When the washing process is finished, the valves V1, V2 are closed and the valve V3 is opened while the valve V4 is closed and, when the suction pressure of the compressor P2 is adjusted to low pressure, the washing water becomes to the state adhered to the circumference of the reaction bead 1 to be sucked in the suction nozzle V.
