PURPOSE:To enable paper sheets to be drawn out at a certain cycle or at the cycle of an integral times by providing a means to re-drive a roller after stopping it once. CONSTITUTION:The space between an preceding and succeeding paper sheets the like is detected is detected with a space detecting portion 14 by calculating the time from a rear end detecting circuit 13 detecting the rear end of a preceding paper sheets to a front end detecting circuit 12 detecting the front end of a succeeding paper sheet and the like and also from the speed of a step motor 1. If the space is normal, the step motor 1 is to be driven continuously with the set speed and, if the space is narrow, it is to be switched over to the low speed control and to the high speed if the space is wide. A selection is to be made of the table of a speed control table memory portion 16a with a table selection portion 15 so that the paper sheets being drawn out be in a fixed space using the preceding paper sheets and the like as its basis. The step motor 1 is to be controlled at a pulse control portion 16b performing a pulse generation control corresponding to the table value. The selection of the speed control table, in this case, is to be made by separating into plural number the preliminarily fixed space within a correctable objective range and selecting the speed control table corresponding to the respective spaces thus separated.
