PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight and large-sized radio shielding panel by a method wherein the peripheral parts of a shielding panel, which is constituted by adhering a metal foil on a core material, are mounted on a frame material by a metal frame. CONSTITUTION:A shielding panel 12 is constituted by a method wherein a metal foil 4 is adhered on a core material 13 provided with a honeycomb core 131 pinchingly attached by veneer boards 132 and moreover, a paper 15 for protecting the surface of this metal foil and such a surface finishing material 16 as a vinyl cloth are laminated on the foil 14. In a panel body, a frame material 17 and a metal frame 18 and the material 17 and the panel 12 are each insulated electrically from each one and a web material 20 having a favorable conductivity is interposed between the abutting surfaces of the metal frame and the metal foil of the shielding panel. Therefore, in case these panel bodies are coupled with one another, the adjacent panels are electrically and continuously conducted to each other. As a result, a radio shielding panel, Which is constituted of these panel bodies, is formed into one, which is lightweight and has the property of a good shielding effect.
