Either case, the additive in the resin has the property to flow in the mold cavity and disperse to the top end part thereof and, therefore, the additive is eventually distributed in the substrate surface and the better effect is obtd. in such a case. As a result, the generation and propagation of defects by the rust, mildew, etc. of a recording film are suppressed and the initial characteristics are stably maintained for a long period of time even under all severe conditions. |
