PURPOSE:To control energy injected into a load by detecting a state of said load and by bypassing said energy injected into the load immediately. CONSTITUTION:When a load voltage is dropped, said voltage is detected by a detection circuit 15 and inputted to the inverting input terminal 100a of a comparator 100. On the other hand, the comparator 100 outputs H active signal SP1 to a non-inverting input terminal 100b, because a decision voltage Vdet is applied thereto. A monostable multivibrator 104 outputs a pulse signal SP3 with the same timing as that of a leading edge of said signal SP1. When receiving the signal SP3, a driver 105 outputs a signal SP4 to set a contact 106 to ON. On the other hand, an AC/DC converter 109 stops its operation. |
