PURPOSE:To control the injection speed with good accuracy without recieving any influence of compressibility of a molten resin, by controlling directly the increase and decrease of the open area of a nozzle, changing the resistance of the molten resin flowing in the nozzle and controlling the injection speed. CONSTITUTION:The aperture degree of a nozzle valve 14 is set at a first set aperture degree V1 of setting device 32 of the nozzle valve aperture degree. The flow in a flow control valve is calculated by means of a flow calculator 34 of the flow control valve based on V1 and is sent to a control part of the flow control valve 13 to set the first control flow g1, V1. A second set aperture degree V2 corresponding to the first screw position S1 set in advance in the setting device 32 of the nozzle valve aperture degree is supplied to a proportional solenoid as a control current and the increase and decrease in the aperture degree of the nozzle valve 14 is controlled to make the second set aperture degree V2. When a specific screw position is attained, the aperture degree of the nozzle valve 14 is changed and the open area of the nozzle 4 is controlled and at the same time the supplying flow in an extension room of an injection cylinder 7 is controlled. The moving speed of a screw 2 is thereby controlled and the injection speed is also controlled.
