PURPOSE:To stop both wheels at fixed positions constantly by connecting one side wheel to a steel wire through a position regulating device while connecting the other wheel directly to the steel wire, and adjusting the stopping position by the position regulating device. CONSTITUTION:When a motive power pully 4 is operated in the direct or the inverse rotation, two wheels stop at regular stopping positions respectively. However, when the length of a steel wire 6 connected to the wheels 2 and 2' is varied owing to the variation of the temperature, the stopping position of the other wheel 2' is to be out of the regular position even though the one side wheel 2 stops at the regular position. In this case, however, the discrepancy of the position is detected to operate a position regulating device 11 which is installed to the system, and the position of the wheel 2' is regulated thereby to stop the regular stopping position.
