PURPOSE:To prevent a slip stopper structure from being damaged, by providing a tightening member-mounting stopper part to be combined in the slip stopper structure and stopping an annular rubber-made tightening member to the tightening member-mounting stopper part so as to tighten a tightening member- stopping metal fixture to each other toward the center of a tire. CONSTITUTION:A tightening member-stopping metal fixture A is mounted to a stopping part 12 of a rubber-made slip stopper structure 10 connected to two side members D through a side member-stopping metal fixture C. And the slip stopper structure 10 is closely attached to the external surface of a tire by stopping a rubber-made tightening member B to the tightening member- stopping metal fixture A and tightening it to each other toward the center of the tire. By this constitution, the slip stopper structure, being prevented from swelling to its outer, can be prevented from being damaged.
