EXAMPLE:2-Amino-4-chloro-6-[2-(3'-methylphenoxy)-1-methyl-ethyl-amino] -S-tria zine. USE:A highly selective herbicide having high herbicidal effects on perennial weeds as well as annual weeds and low phytotoxicity to paddy rice plants. PREPARATION:For example, an alkylamine derivative shown by formula V is reacted with a dihalogenated aminotriazine shown by formula VI (X<2> and X<3> are halogen) to give a compound shown by formula I wherein R<2> is halogen.
