CONSTITUTION:As paper-feeding the sheet 9 on which the picture information is printed in advance by a carrying means 1, printed picture information is read by a reading means 2, and read picture information is stored by a storage means 3, and a part or whole of them are displayed on a display means 4 as the picture information. And the desired picture information, after being edited, is inputted on displayed picture information by an input means 5, and the picture information including the picture information after being edited and inputted is printed on a specified position on the sheet printed in advance by the printing means 6. In such a way, it is possible to insert and print a character, etc., at an appropriate position responding to the printed content of the sheet on which a ruled mark, etc., is printed.
