PURPOSE:To stabilize rotating speed and torque by mounting a magnetic unit which exhibits spin redistribution characteristic in which the direction of the axis of easy magnetization is varied by temperature on a rotor, and using a thermoelectric element in which Peltier effect is applied for cooling. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 10 rotatably supported is engaged fixedly, and a disklike moving element 2 is provided on the shaft 10. A magnetic unit 1 which exhibits spin redistribution characteristic in which the direction of axis of easy magnetization is varied like NdCo5 is mounted on the circumference of the element 2. Pole pairs 3 act a force at the unit 1 in a direction of an arrow 4(5) to rotate it on the basis of a magnetic field slope generated by the pair 3 when the unit 1 becomes high temperature. Further, a thermoelectric element 6 which utilizes Peltier effect is used to cool it. Thus, when the unit 1 passes in the cover 7, heat absorption and cooling are conducted by the cover 7 cooled through a small gap between the cover 7 and the unit 1.
