PURPOSE:To retain a deformation only to a flange part at the time of attaching to a cabinet by disposing the flange with an attaching screw hole in a frame and providing a deformation absorbing part at the fixing part of the flange and the frame. CONSTITUTION:A rib 36 disposed at the cabinet side 35 is contacted to the gasket 30 of a speaker and a screw 37 is fastened on the boss 38 of the cabinet side 35. The flange 26 is deformed centering a groove 28, the quantity of the deformation is substantially absorbed and the fixing part 39 of a diaphragm 29 situated in the groove 28 and the resin frame 25 is not deformed. Accordingly, the diaphragm 29 is not deformed, nor a voice coil 33 contacts a center pole 20 or an upper plate 23. The deformation absorbing part may be the rib of a U shape or the corrugated rib as well as the groove.
