PURPOSE:To uniformize the stress distribution of an expanded part by situating the end face of a roller, starting contact with a conveyor belt having a pipe conveyor expanded, in the more upper part than an extension of a central axis of the part rounded in a pipe form. CONSTITUTION:An end face 2a of a front roller 2 is situated in the more upper part than a central axis of the part rounded into a pipe form, of a conveyor belt 1, if possible, situated on an extension of an overlap of each end 1b at both sides of a pipelike conveyor belt. With this configuration, a rectilinear distance between each part of the conveyor belt 1 in a form-keeping frame 16 serving as an expansion starting point and the end face 2a comes shorter in a side of the both side-end 1b than a central part 1a. With this constitution, tractive force of the roller is made most strongly receivable at the central part where tensile strength is large enough, while expansion at the side end can be smaller. Consequently, the stress distribution of an expanded part is uniformized.
