摘要 PURPOSE:To enable recyling of flashes as a reclaimed material even if an auxiliary material resin layer is cut off reliably at a direct inward position of a cavity and an adhesive agent is mixed with the flashes, by a method wherein the quality of the material of an adhesive agent layer of a multi-layer parison to be extruded is specified and its extruding action is controlled. CONSTITUTION:At the time when an extruded quantity of a multi-layer parison A' has arrived at a predetermined quantity and a direct inward position of a cavity 25 from a part corresponding to an upper cut-off part 26 of a molding tool 23, a press down action of a plunger 13a of an accumulator is suspended. Then simultaneously with suspension of pressure feed of an auxiliary material resin 3 a plunger 15a of the accumulator is pushed down further. Pressure feed of both adhesive agent layer 4, 4 is performed under a state where extrusion pressure of them are both increased. Therefore, the auxiliary material resin 3 does not mix into flashes stuck to the external circumference of a molded product. After molding of a fuel tank A in this manner, flashes 28 are collected for reuse as a main material resin. In this case, although the adhesive agent is mixed with the flashes of an upper side part side, the adhesive agent is of a molding material of the same quality obtained by modifying the main material resin. Thus, there is no fear that performance of recycling exerts bad influence upon a molded product.
