PURPOSE:To attain effective utilization of gas energy, by thermally decomposing and gasifying combustible org. waste garbage collected from enterprises in an industrial park and by feeding the resultant low-pressure hydrocarbon gas back to the enterprises. CONSTITUTION:Combustible org. waste garbage, such as synthetic resin or rubber, occurring in enterprises in an industrial park is fed to a pyrolytic gas producing machine 1, wherein pyrolysis is performed. The gas thus formed is purified by a gas purifier apparatus, thereby obtaining a low-pressure hydrocarbon gas. The gas is pressurized and fed into a storage supply holder 3 by means of a gas compressor 2. After storage in the holder, the gas is fed back through gas supply main pipes 4 and incoming conduit pipes 5 to the enterprises in the industrial park.
