PURPOSE:To make it impossible that gas cut-off action is performed in the normal condition, by forming a cut-off valve with a locking means adapted to lock an auxiliary cut-off valve when the cut-off valve is opened, and a release member adapted to release the locking means when the cut-off valve is closed. CONSTITUTION:A slant piece 20 as a release means is projectingly set on the outer circumferential rim of a cut-off valve 2, and a lock spring 21 which functions as a locking means adapted to stop the action of a cylindrical body 60 as an auxiliary cut-off valve, is set on the rim of an opening 5, which confronts the cut-off valve 2. In this way, as the top end of the cylindrical body 60 is locked by the lock spring 21, if a return shaft 6 is pushed in when the cut-off valve is not closed in the normal condition, it can be prevented the gas is stopped by the cylindrical body 60 as an auxiliary cut-off valve, in the normal condition.
