<p>PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic efficiency of an electromagnet device of the type that an armature is inserted into the inner air core of a coil by forming the section of the armature inserted into the core of the coil in a tapered shape of increasing its sectional area remotely from the end. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 having an inner air core 2, a yoke 4 disposed at its one end 4a in the core 2, an armature 5 supported at its base end 5d to the other end 4b of the yoke 4 in an angular displacing manner and so inserted into the core 2 as to separably contacted at the end 5e with one end 4a of the yoke 4, and a return spring 6 for resiliently pressing the armature 5 in a direction isolating from one end 4a of the yoke 4 are provided. In such an electromagnet device, the section 5b of the armature 5 inserted into the core 2 of the coil 1 is formed in a tapered shape of increasing its sectional area remotely from the end 5e. Thus, the magnetic efficiency can be improved without increasing the whole shape.</p> |
