PURPOSE:To make small a current flow due to an electric charge on a driver's body and clothes and prevent an electric shock by making a door handle or key hole of a semi-conductor or a semi-poor conductor, or applying a coat thereto for obtaining large electric resistance. CONSTITUTION:The door handle or key hole 2 of an automobile is normally made of conductive materials. These materials are changed to semiconductor or semi-poor conductor type, or applied with a coat, thereby giving high resistance. In this case, an electric charge on the body of a driver 4 or his/her clothes causes a current flow when his/her bare hand 5 comes in contact with the door handle or key hole 2. The enlarged resistance of the door handle or key hole 2 can reduce the running current and prevent the occurrence of an electric shock.
