SUPERCONDUCTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductor with high precision by a method wherein a crystalline substrate is coated with a compound film containing specified tertiary compound. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 11 is coated with an oxide film 12 containing at least elements A and B and Cu with molar ratios thereof expressed by a formula (I) wherein A represents at least one of Sc, Y and lanthanum series elements (atomic numbers 57-71) while B represents at least one element out of group IIa elements. The raw material of superconductor is decomposed into extremely fine particles in an atomic state to be deposited on the substrate by thinning film so that the composition of formed superconductor may be more homogenized than conventional sintered ones. Thus, the superconductor with high precision can be obtained.
