PURPOSE:To enhance measuring sensitivity or reaction specificity, by using an IgG type mouse monoclonal rheumatoid factor. CONSTITUTION:In measuring an immune complex in a human body fluid, an IgG type mouse monoclonal rheumatoid factor is used. Herein, the IgG type muse monoclonal rheumatoid factor pref. occurs from an MRL/Mp-Ipr/Ipr mouse being an autoimmune disease model mouse. As the human body fluid, serum is especially used. As mentioned above, if the factor obtained from a monoclonal rheumatoid factor producing cell line is used as the monoclonal rheumatoid factor, the property thereof is always constant and said factor is stably obtained and, because of the monoclonal rheumatoid factor, the enhancement in measuring sensitivity or reaction specificity is achieved. |
