PURPOSE:To form a clear polymer image with simple and rapid processing or a short exposure period by incorporating a specified reducing agent in a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer mounted on a supporting body contains a silver halide, a polymerizable compd., the reducing agent shown by formula I and a hydrazine compd. (for example, a compd. shown by formula II), etc. The reducing agent shown by the formula is preferably incorporated in the photosensitive layer in an amount of 0.1-1,500mol.% based on the total silver amount contd. in the photosensitive layer, and is increased the effect by jointly using with said hydrazine compd. In the formula, Ar<1> and Ar<2> are each aryl group, R1-R3 are each preferably hydrogen atom, R4 is hydrogen atom or alkyl group, etc. R5 is alkyl group or halogen atom, etc., (n) is 0-5. Further, the photosensitive layer preferably contains a color image forming substance, and at least the silver halide, the polymerizable compd. and the color image forming substance are preferably used as an oil drop or by housing them in a microcapsule.
