PURPOSE:To permit installation of electrode plates in proximity to each other and to improve electrolytic efficiency by holding anode plates and cathode plates respectively by forms and arraying and disposing the anode plates and cathode plates integrally at every specified spacing. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 10 enclosing the side ends of the anode plates is formed of frame members 11, 12 and is provided with plural fixing parts 20. The fixing parts 20 are constituted of pawl-shaped projecting parts 21a, 21b and the anode plates 2 are inserted into the groove parts 22 thereof and are fixed by spring force. Spacings (about 1-2cm) where an electrolyte flows are formed between the members 11, 12 and the anode plate 2 side ends at this time. Short-circuit preventive parts 30 are projected to the upper part of the upper frames 11a, 12a and are hung from a cross bar. A pair of plate-shaped projecting pieces 41, 42 facing each other are formed on both side faces of the frame member 11. The side ends of the cathode plates 4 are grasped by these pieces 41, 42, by which the anode plates 2 and the cathode plates 4 are integrally arrayed and held at every prescribed spacing.
