PURPOSE:To invariably keep flow rates of oxygen-enriched air and oxygen at constant values, by combining a heat exchanger with oxygen-enriching membrane module, feeding and pressure feeding means and further pressure control valve, bypass passage, flow rate ratio control valve and temperature sensor so to provide specific action. CONSTITUTION:If temperature is lower than the preset temperature as a result of detected temperature on the secondary side of a heat exchanger with a temperature sensor 14, a flow rate ratio control valve 15 is closed. Conversely, if the temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the flow rate ratio control valve 15 is opened to make high-temperature oxygen-enriched air escape through a branched point 23 and bypass pipe 16 to the side of a feed pipe 21 for the oxygen-enriched air. Thereby the flow rate of the high-temperature oxygen-enriched air flowing through a pipe 3 on the tube side is regulated. The oxygen-enriched air is adiabatically compressed by a vacuum pump 4 and converted into oxygen-enriched air at a high temperature under a high pressure. The pressure of the air on the secondary side of the pump 4 is detected by a pressure sensor 10 and detected signals are inputted to a controller 12 to send control signals to a pressure control valve 11. As a result, discharge pressure which is the pressure on the secondary side of the vacuum pump is invariably kept at a constant value.
