CONSTITUTION:When a low address 101 of a request address from a central processor is coincident with a low address 102 of the preceding request address, based on the coincident detection due to a coincidence checking means 26, a low address holding means holds a previous low address condition and a timing generating part 30 sends a timing signal RAS 402 necessary to a reading or writing action, etc., to a dynamic RAM at the same time as the coincidence detection by the coincidence checking means 26. Thus, when the low address 101 of the request address is coincident with the low address 102 of the preceding request address, the access time can be made shorter than the time of the dissidence.
