PURPOSE:To improve the squareness of demagnetizing characteristics and coercive force Hc by employing powder which disperses nucleuses liquefied in a sintering process in a molded body uniformly and whose oxygen content is low. CONSTITUTION:The boundary of R2T14B magnetic crystal grains (wherein R denotes Y and rare earth elements and T denotes transition metals) containing R, Fe and B or R, Fe, Co and B as main components is covered with an RTB boundary layer with a composition value higher than the R value of the R2T14B magnetic crystal grains. For that purpose, the boundary layer is made of one loquisol quenching alloy selected from R-Fe-B-Al, R-Al and R-Fe-Al. The bonndary layer has the Al value of 0-15 wt.% and the R value of 32-100 wt.% and the Al component is practically concentrated on the boundary of the magnetic crystal grains. With this constitution, the squareness of demagnetizing characteristics and the coercive force Hc can be improved. |
