PURPOSE:To obtain the paste with the superconductive characteristic by dispersing one of the powder of a superconductor or the powder containing its component element in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:The powder of an oxide superconductor expressed by a formula A-B-Cu-O is used, where A is the IIIa group element such as Sc, B is the alkaline earth metal such as Be. The powder containing the element constituting the superconductor is baked and pulverized. Or, the oxide powder of the IIIa group element, the carbonate of the alkaline earth metal, and the copper oxide powder are used, and the mixture ratios of the superconductor thus obtained AxByCuO2 are selected to 0.1<=(x)<=2, 0.1<=(y)<=3, 1<=(z)<=4. The powder grain size is selected by the thickness of a conductive film, the powder is dispersed in a vehicle dissolved with synthetic resin in alcohol or the like, for example. This paste is heat-treated under the baking condition to volatilize the vehicle for use, and individual elements can be reacted to each other to obtain the superconductor.
