PURPOSE:To attain a miniaturized and lightweight device, to reduce power consumption and to attain high reliability by accommodating a rotor provided with four paths or over in three-dimension in a stator provided at least four guide paths or over. CONSTITUTION:Elbow-shaped guides 13, 15 and a guide 14 placed in-between are formed downward curved. Moreover, the guide 12 orthogonal to the guide 14 is formed upwards curved to form the four guides in three-dimension without causing them to collide with each other. Four guides 18-21 of the stator 16 leading to a hole 16a for accommodating the rotor are formed to the stator 16. Four guides 12-15 are formed to the rotor 11. The guides 18-21 of the stator 16 are being changed over through each guide of the rotor 11 by turning the rotor 11. In assembling the rotor 11 to the stator 16, the guide of the stator 16 is not placed into the closing position, the utilizing efficiency of the guide and the connection pattern are increased causing the number of waveguide switches to be decreased.
