The enclosure is mounted around the apparatus and consists of pinned panels 2, 3, 4 with padding 15 of the pinning zones, a sealed vessel 19 being provided on the ground and the inside walls of the enclosure 1 which furthermore comprises in the upper part at least one entrance sheath 7 and one exit sheath 8. The pins of the panels consist of rows of eyelets 9 and of threadable hooks 10. Ventilation of the apparatus is ensured by a series of oblique paddles 31 downstream of the entrance sheath 7 and distributing the air throughout the apparatus 16 and by a partition 30 near the exit sheath 8 enabling the air to circulate only in the lower part. Such an enclosure allows the use of pyralene transformers in complete safety. <IMAGE>
