PURPOSE:To stabilize an electromagnetic conversion characteristic, by laminating second resistors intermittently on a substrate on which detecting elements for electromagnetic conversion gap depth process control are laminated along an electromagnetic conversion gap depth process position on first resistors. CONSTITUTION:On the substrate 11, a conductor coil 12 as an electromagnetic conversion element and the detecting element 13 for the electromagnetic conversion gap depth process control are laminated. The elements 13 are arranged at both sides of the substrate 11, and are constituted by providing the first resistors 14 laminated on one side plane of the substrate 11 and the second resistors 15 laminated intermittently on the resistors 14. The resistors 14 are provided with width W exceeding the electromagnetic conversion gap depth process position D-D' from a sliding part, and are laminated along the position D-D'. The resistors 15 are provided with the same width W as those of the resistors 14, and are laminated on the resistors 14 intermittently in three layers. Thus, it is possible to stabilize the electromagnetic conversion characteristic by increasing the change quantity of the resistor at the time of processing electromagnetic conversion gap depth.
