1. A freeze-thaw durable cementitious product including at least 20 wt % of post-industrial recycled material, the product comprising:
a hydraulic binder including at least 75% by weight of Class C fly ash one or more aggregates comprising between 10 and 80% by weight of the cementitious product; boron comprising at least 0.0015% by weight of the cementitious product; and salt of tartartic acid comprising a tartaric acid content of at least 0.013% by weight of the cementitious product; wherein the cementious product includes a shape suitable for construction and exhibits a compressive load bearing ability of at least 20.7 MPa.
