PURPOSE:To enable an operator to arbitrarily select a set time by a timer after the end of operation, by setting a timer operation mode by a microcomputer for backing up an air quantity selecting notch just before stopping a blower. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 58 includes timer means for arbitrarily setting an operation time of a blower 2 and operating the blower 2 for the set time and means for maintaining a notch of the blower 2 when the timer means is set. Accordingly, an operator can arbitrarily set with a key switch 21 or 22 whether the operation of the blower 2 is to be stopped or to be continued by a timer operation simultaneously with the end of cooking.
