PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of the reliability of data transmission by changing the data transmission speed in response to the transmission state of a wireless signal of a transmission line so as to transmit the data. CONSTITUTION:Bit synchronizing signals S1, S2 representing the data transmission speed are sent prior to the transmission of a sensor monitor data to a master equipment. The signals S1, S2 are signals repeating 1 or 0 in one and same period and the period of the signals S1, S2 informs the master equipment the data transmission speed. For example, assuming the period of the signal S1 is T and the period of the signal S2 is 2T, the transmission speed of a data D1 sent after the signal S1 is sent has double speed of the transmission speed of the data D2 sent after the signal S2 is sent. The data transmission speed is made different for the data transmission taking the deterioration of the propagating state of a wireless signal into account in this way, then the reliability of the wireless signal transmission signal is improved.
