PURPOSE:To attain the network constitution management with high security by using a terminal number of a terminal equipment noticed from the said terminal equipment so as to all stations to register or revise newly the location information of the said terminal equipment automatically. CONSTITUTION:When an object terminal equipment number is not registered in constitution management tables 22-1-22-n in stations 12-1-12-n, the object terminal equipment number and the location information are registered in the entry in the constitution management tables 22-1-22-n and the same information is registered in other stations. Moreover, when the entry registering the object terminal equipment number exists in the constitution management tables 22-1-22-n but the location information in the entry does not agree with the present location information, the location information in the entry is revised into the present location information. Thus, the network constitution management with high security is attained.
