PURPOSE:To facilitate the revision of a parameter by connecting a parameter input device to an input section of a public telephone set so as to send a copy signal instructing the fetch of a parameter from a switching means to a control section. CONSTITUTION:The parameter input device 10 is connected to an input section 3 of a public telephone set and a copy signal instructing the fetch of a parameter from a switching means 10a to a control section 1 is sent to allow the control section 1 to read the parameter in a master parameter storage section 10b and to write it in a storage section 9. Thus, the labor and cost in revising the parameter are reduced and the parameter is revised easily.
