PURPOSE:To make the weaving and knitting of belts unnecessary for each different length of the belts by forming an irregular film layer made of a core body substrate on the transfer face side of an endless core body with both ends of the lengthy substrate connected. CONSTITUTION:Endless belts 4, 5 are applied with the adhesive processing on a core body 12, then a film layer is formed with natural rubber or synthetic resin. The core body 12 is made of a woven fabric or a knitted material, and formed with synthetic fibers such as polyester or nylon, and is a lengthy substrate made by a knitting machine. This is cut off to the adequate length in response to the belt length and connected endlessly. A large quantity of rubber is restricted not to flow in at the time of vulcanization on the transfer face side of the film layer 13 and the irregularity formed by warps 19 and wefts 20 of the woven fabric is maintained to reduce the friction coefficient and keep the adequate holding force for paper sheets.
