PURPOSE:To make the swaying/driving mechanism of a delivering claw unnecessary by returning a loader conveyor to the initial position and returning a feeding claw and the delivering claw to the stroke end of the transfer start side after the completion of the transfer. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a positioning station 2 on a base frame 1, a loader conveyor 3 on the front stage, an unloader conveyor 4 on the rear stage, and a feeding/delivering device 5. The feeding/delivering device 5 is assembled to the subframe 11a of the loader conveyor 3 and has a delivering claw 21. In this constitution, after the completion of the transfer, the loader conveyor 3 is lifted to the initial position from the feed position, a delivering claw 21 is located at a position apart upward from a printed board mounted on the (y) axis table 9 of the positioning station 2 and returned to the stroke end of the transfer start side.
