It further comprises means P1 for automatically stopping the operation of the appliance when the latter escapes the control of its user and means 1, 2 for preventing untimely restarting of this appliance after a momentary interruption in its electrical supply or when it is connected up to a power source, the aforementioned member P2 being locked in the on position.
