PURPOSE:To enable an adequate antiskid control to be performed, by detecting a load of a driving motor for a pump, which pressurizes working fluid from a wheel cylinder to be returned to a wheel cylinder side of a main conduit, and controlling an antiskid control selector valve in accordance with the detection result of this load. CONSTITUTION:A three-port three-position selector valve 16 for an antiskid control is arranged halfway a main conduit 12 which supplies brake pressure fluid from a master cylinder 10 to a wheel cylinder 14, and this selector valve 16 connects its one port to a loosening circuit 18. The other end of the loosening circuit 18 connects with the main conduit 12 in its side of the wheel cylinder 14 mounting a low pressure reservoir 24 accumulating working fluid discharged from the wheel cylinder 14, two-position solenoid selector valve 30 and a pump 34 or the like to be successively interposed halfway the circuit 18. And here a control device, in which a driving load of an electric motor 38 driving the pump 34 is detected by a detecting means 50, controls the selector valve 16 so as to be given a switching instruction to its charge position A when no rise of the driving load is discriminated while a motor driving instruction continues.
