<p>Improvement in parts transfer system, with the part lifting mechanism or third axis, derived from the motion of the grippers closing axis, consisting of a pair of parallel mechanisms, connected by a gripper bar (43), driven by a mechanical, pneumatic or other drive system, that actuates the bushing (21), which moves the bushing (25) until it reaches the washer limiter (35) and where it stops, the continuity of bushing (21) travel, transforms through a set of levers (61, 63 and 79) the horizontal movement into a vertical (orthogonal) movement, moving upwards the gripper bar (59) therefore lifting the part in process (90). The transfer cycle continues with the transference of this mechanism assembly that is mounted on a base-carriage (65) towards the subsequent process station, at this position starts the return travel through the sequence of the grippers lowering, the grippers lateral opening, and the return of the base-carriage (65) to the start position.</p> |
