摘要 PURPOSE:To improve radio wave disturbance performance by comparing the intensity of received electric power which is received from a target originally with a detector output and deciding whether or not there is a disturbing radio wave, and detecting variation in the intensity of the disturbing radio wave with distance and determining a radar operation mode. CONSTITUTION:The effective reflection area of the target is set to a value within a certain range and information between the distance between the target and an airframe is obtained from a distance tracking circuit 11 to calculate the electric power which is received originally by an electric power calculation part 16. Further, the received electric power of the disturbing radio wave is detected by a detector 12. Therefore, a decision circuit 17 performs prescribed processing by using estimated received power from the calculation part 16 and the output of the detector 12 to decide whether or not there is the disturbing wave. The variation characteristics of disturbing received power with the distance between a disturbing source and the air frame are different, so a decision circuit 17 performs the prescribed processing to decide whether or not the airframe can be tracked. Then it is decided that there is the radio wave disturbing wave and the target can be tracked. A signal is sent to a controller 14, a signal from a duplexer 3 is connected to an attenuator 5, and a tracking mode to the radio wave disturbing source is entered.
