PURPOSE:To prevent a reverse tidal current to a system regardless of the condition of a load by comparing the output electricity quantity of a power converting device and the electricity quantity of a load and controlling the output electricity quantity of the power converting device so that it can be the electricity quantity or below of the load. CONSTITUTION:An output power W0 of an inverter device 2 is calculated by a multiplier 14 and a power WL of a load 10 is calculated by a multiplier 13. A comparator 15 obtains a difference (WL-W0)=DELTAW of the power WL and the power W0, DELTAW is added to a reference generating device 6 and with a reference signal I* not to exceed always a load power value, the device 2 is operated. It is basic that an output reference I* of the device 2 is operated by the generating device 6 so as to pull out the maximum power of a solar battery 1 from a current detecting signal Id and a voltage detecting signal Vd of a solar battery 1. When the load exceeds the output maximum value of the battery 1, DELTAW=0 is obtained, the maximum power control is executed, and the power of the shortage is supplied from a system power source 4. |
