THERMAL TYPE MASS FLOWMETER

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable easy measurement of a total flow rate by providing a bypass tube for bypass passage on a main tube for main passage and a heater thereon while thermocouples are connected at two points of the bypass tube. CONSTITUTION:A main tube 1 for the main passage is provided with a bypass tube 2 for the bypass passage which is fitted with a heater 4. Thermocouples 6 and 6' are connected at two points determined axially in a portion to be heated of the bypass tube 2 to detect temperature difference between the two points. This enables easy measurement of a total flow rate.
