PURPOSE:To facilitate judgement to the additional information at a transmitting side by arranging information at the time of communicating obtained in procedure based on a format prepared separately as the additional information added at a receiving side besides the additional information and original picture information at the transmitting side, and recording it visually in a clear shape. CONSTITUTION:When receiving picture information is inputted, it is stored into a recording means 1, and on the other hand, code information obtained before the receiving picture information is inputted is written into a memory means 2 of a displaying format by a writing means 3. For the displaying format, the receiving side additional information is surrounded by a frame 19 and a part recorded as the receiving side additional information is classified clearly with the recording of the receiving picture information. The information of the written displaying format and the receiving picture information are transferred to a recording means 5 and print-outputted by a control means 4.
