INSPECTION INSTRUMENT FOR ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To perform efficiently an inspection matched with the kind of an equipment to be inspected by providing a means which sets information such as an inspection signal to a pallet which carries the equipment to be inspected and switching the inspection signal according to information read out on the side of an inspection station. CONSTITUTION:The electric equipment to be inspected such as a video tape recorder is mounted on the pallet 2 carried on the conveyor line 1 at an inspection stage and conveyed to respective inspection stages. A connector box 4 which cooperates with a connector box 3 arranged at each inspection stage is fitted to the pallet 2 and the equipment to be inspected is connected to a prescribed signal source and a tester through the connector boxes 3 and 4. The pallet 2 is provided with the information setting means 21 for switching a test signal to the equipment to be inspected and an information reading means 22 is provided on the side of the inspection station to switch the test signal according to the information read on the inspection station side.
