PURPOSE:To manufacture a molded product favorable in an external appearance by contriving smooth mold release of the molded product and removing easily a mold release member, by providing a mold release member of a specific structure on a circumferential wall of a through hole of a molded product composed of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A filmy holding plate 4 whose both ends are continuing is formed on a circumferential wall of a through hole 3 of a molded product W composed of a synthetic resin material unitarily, and a pressing protrusion 5 ejected upward is provided on the central part of the filmy holding plate 4. After molding, the molded product W is released from a mold by pressing the pressing protrusion 5 by an ejector pin. After mold release, the holding plate 4 is cut off from the molded product W. Release of the molded product W from the mold is performed smooth, and the molded product W superior in an external appearance is obtained, as the mold release member constituted of the specific holding plate 4 and pressing protrusion 5 is provided.
