PURPOSE:To soften an external shock and to perform the good recording and reproducing by applying a stretch type textile to one part of a carrying belt for enabling the recording and reproducing of the titled device even when it is moved. CONSTITUTION:A rubber part 6, which is a blended yarn fabric of rubber and fiber, is jointed with acrylic belts 4 and 7 by jointing parts 5 and 8. The spring constant of the whole carrying belt is decreased against an external shock in proportion to its strength under the influence of the rubber part 6. Consequently, when an external shock is received, the spring constant is then reduced to soften the shock force, while a feeling of use is not curious in the case of the normal use.
