PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive compound material moldable in any shape by burning a mixed substance including metallic paint consisting of a metal or alloy powder, binder and solvent, and also including superconductive oxide after applying the mixed substance on a heat resisting substrate. CONSTITUTION:Powder of superconductive oxide is dispersed in metallic paint consisting of a metal or alloy powder, binder and solvent and the paint is applied on the surface of a heat resisting substrate made of a metal or ceramics, etc. Thereafter, the paint is burned at a temperature of several hundreds deg.C. Thereby, particles of superconductive oxide are put together closely by means of coagulative effect of metallic powder. Then, metallic substance can simultaneously exist on the boundary faces of particles of oxide so that a stable compound material of low electric resistance can be produced as a whole. Thus, a strong compound material showing a superconductive phonomenon can be obtained because the particles of oxide may be covered with a metal strengthened through mutual dispersion of metallic particles under this condition. |
