PURPOSE:To make a stable current collection possible by rotatably supporting the upper end of an arm on a mount vertically driven with a cylinder apparatus and by providing the lower end of said arm with a contact shoe. CONSTITUTION:When a running car body 4 stops, a cylinder apparatus 9 is driven to push down a piston 10 and to move a mount 11 downward. When said mount 11 moves downward, a part of contact shoe 14 spreads a closing cover 24 downward, passes through a part of opening 23 to be exposed downward, and makes contact on a collector rail 1. When the piston 10 is further pushed down in this state, the contact shoe 14 is spread against a force of push spring 20 provided on an arm 13 while sliding from side to side on the collector rail 1 and pressed against said rail 1.
